About Us

As a student in St. Andrew’s College of Education, Oyo, Oyo State Nigeria, I was invited for songs ministrations on a beautiful Saturday morning on the 29th of April 1989.

Seated alone in the Church Choir arena at the Methodist Church, Apaara Oya, the hand of the Lord rested on me and a clear voice followed to: ‘Go and show forth My praise’ (Isaiah 43:21). I knew immediately what to do and thus the Glorious Worshippers’ Praise Ministries was born.

As we grew in number and size, we formed the acronym: “Glowpppers” that now defines our identity.

With God’s help as students, we made our impact in various campuses and different states in Nigeria. Glowppers was indeed a training ground for every member now serving the Lord in various capacities around the world.

Our coming together is a continuation of God’s purpose for us to show forth His praise in bigger dimensions through high praise, teachings of God’s word, prayers, and as the Holy Spirit directs.
